Pradesh coast has partially resumed operations on December 27th
after remaining closed for the past twenty days since the cyclone struck the
North Tamil Nadu South Andhra Pradesh coast during the first week of December
Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited (AKPL) has said that it
has partially resumed port operations at Adani Krishnapatnam Port, post the
cyclone, subject to the permissible working conditions, as to be determined by
the AKPL team from time to time
Consequently, AKPL has declared that all the vessels
drawing maximum arrival/sailing draught up to 15.00 metres will be handled at
Adani Krishnapatnam Port from 27-12-2023 12:00 Hours 1ST, subject to the
vessels complying with AKPL Marine department clearances
The force majeure period will
continue to exist for all other vessels, except the vessels within parameters
set by the Port administration, until further notice
