Chennai Port Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bumbleb
Charitable Trust for creating "Digital Class Room Atmosphere" ( 30
Nos.) at Govt. Primary & Middle Schools of Chennai and Thiruvallur District
on 19.02 2024 Chennai Port Authority has allocated an amount of Rs. 15,94,450/-
as CSR activity to BumbleB Charitable Trust.
Accordingly, the Chennai Port Authority handed over LED televisions to
authorities of 20 Govt. Primary & Middle Schools of Chennai District
initially for paving the way for development of Digital Class Room Atmosphere
in these Schools. The LED television sets are preinstalled with Kalvi 40
application which is a free Tamil educational application for Government School
Children from 3rd to 8th standard in Tamilnadu
The LED television sets were handed over by Shri Sunil Paliwal, IAS
Chairperson, Chennai Port Authority and Chairman Kamarajar Port Limited in the
presence of Shri S Viswanathan IAS. Deputy Chairperson, Chennai Port
Authority. Shri Premkumar Gokuladasan, Founder & Managing Trustee,
Bumbleb Trust.
Chief Vigilance Officer, Secretary, and other HODs and officials of
Chennai Port Authority were also present on the occasion
