In observance of *35th National Road Safety Month*, At
Kendriya Vidyalaya - DPA Gopalpuri, Gandhidham
& BVM School Kandla,
Road Safety Awareness Training session and Road Safety
Poster making Competition was conducted by the Safety Division of Deendayal
Port Authority, Kandla. The training session was attended by approximately 85
students of 1st to 5th standard, along with teachers and school staff. The
focus of the training session was on road safety awareness, a critical aspect
of ensuring the well-being of individuals, especially children, in our
community. Total 86 students took part in Safety Poster Making Competition.
The session was led by a Shri Bhavesh Madhavi, Safety
Officer, emphasizing on extreme requirement of implementation of Road safety aspects
in India.
Further the road safety training was imparted by Asst.
Safety Trainer of DPA with presentations including various topics as:
1. Understanding Road Hazards
2. Traffic Signs and Signals
3. Safe Crossing Techniques
4. Bicycle and Helmet Safety
5. Emergency Response
The training session concluded with an interactive
Q&A session, allowing students to ask questions and clarify any doubts they
had regarding road safety.
Kendriya Vidyalaya School expressed its gratitude to
the Safety Division of Deendayal Port Authority for their valuable contribution
in promoting road safety to our community.
