The Japan based shipping company NYK and allied
Company, Astomos Energy Coporation held a naming ceremony for a new LPG /
Ammonia carrier vessel.
The ship is jointly owned by NYK and Astomos Energy. The naming ceremony was held on March 1st at the
Sakaide Works of Kawasaki Heavy Industries.
The new vessel was named “GAS GARNET” by the Senior Executive Officer of Astomos Energy; Yoshito Takahashi.
