support Air India’s growth ambitions and enhance its operational efficiency. In line with its commitment to digital
innovation, Air India has selected IBS Software’s iCargo solution. This
comprehensive platform integrates various aspects of cargo management, from
sales to billing, into a single system. By adopting the iCargo platform, Air
India seeks to streamline processes and improve decision-making, ensuring more
efficient and effective cargo operations.
