The Franco-Dutch carrier revealed that a special
prorate interline agreement with IndiGo became effective on July 16. This
agreement allows airlines to share revenues when a transport booking involves
multiple flights from the participating carriers. This partnership will enhance AFKLMP’s access to the Indian market
while providing IndiGo access to AFKLMP’s extensive global network based in
Paris.
The two airlines also discussed strengthening their
collaboration and exploring further cooperative opportunities in the future IndiGo
operates a fleet of over 350 aircraft, with around 2,000 daily flights
connecting 85 domestic and 30 international destinations.

element of our network strategy. The
cooperation between IndiGo CarGo and AFKLMP Cargo will offer our customers even

collaboration not only broadens our service offerings but also allows us to

This partnership follows a recent announcement in June
when AFKLMP partnered with China Cargo Airlines. This collaboration enables
China Cargo to utilize Air France’s belly capacity for flights from Paris CDG
to São Paulo Guarulhos Airport (GRU).
The two airlines have maintained an interline
agreement for a decade and jointly handle operations at Shanghai Pudong Airport
(PVG), where AFKLMP shipments are managed by China Cargo.
