The Chennai Customs
Brokers’ Association (CCBA) organised a Second Mega Free Medical Camp jointly
with Apollo Hospitals on 9th August at Air Cargo Complex, Chennai Airport.
The Principal Commissioner
of Customs, Shri M. Mathew Jolly, IRS Inaugurated the camp in the presence of Shri
Rahul Nandy, General Manager (Cargo), AAICLAS.
It was organised for
the opportunity to have health check for all CB members and their employees as
well as all Air customs & AAICLAS officials.
CCBA President Shri
R.N. Sekar welcomed all officials and Customs Brokers and thanked the Principal
Commissioner of Customs for his immediate acceptance for permitting such Mega
free Medical Camp at Air Cargo Complex premises and also his presence for
inaugurating the camp.
400 plus participants
attended and done the health check up from 11.00 am till 5.00 pm on 9th August
2024.
The Principal Commissioner
emphasised the need of regular check-up and also appreciated CCBA for their
efforts to conduct such camp for the betterment to their employees.
