Mashabi will
succeed Teddy Zebitz as CEO, who has led Saudia Cargo to significant
achievements, fostering innovation and solidifying the company’s market
leadership. Zebitz will continue
contributing to Saudia Cargo’s growth as a member of the Board of Directors.

Abualnasr, Chairman of the Board at Saudia Cargo. “His vision has been pivotal in enhancing our capabilities and
implementing our strategic objectives, and we extend our deepest gratitude for
his invaluable contributions.”
Mashabi brings a wealth of experience in the
transportation and logistics sector. Since joining Saudia Cargo as a board
member in August 2021 and later as Managing Director in October 2023, he has
demonstrated strong leadership in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
His previous roles include Deputy Minister for Logistics Services at the
Ministry of Transportation and Logistics Services, Deputy Governor for Planning
and Development at the General Authority of Customs, and CEO of the inception
phase of the Al Soudah destination project under the Public Investment Fund
(PIF).
As CEO, Mashabi will lead Saudia Cargo’s growth initiatives, focusing on
expanding its global network and contributing to Saudi Vision 2030’s logistics
goals. The company aims to play a critical role in the
Kingdom’s transformation by ensuring essential goods are transported efficiently
and by offering solutions that empower businesses and industries.
Mashabi holds an Executive MBA from London Business
School and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from King Fahd University of
Petroleum and Minerals
