It is being prepared by the Prayagraj
Development Authority (PDA). After
completion, the DPR will be sent to the government of Uttar Pradesh for
approval.
The
project involves development of a 44 km MRTS network in Prayagraj city of Uttar
Pradesh. It is likely to be developed in two corridors with Corridor I spanning
23 km from Barmauli to City Forest Lake (Andhawa) covering 20 stations and
Corridor II spanning 21 km from Shantipuram to Cheoki covering 19 stations.
